This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains the procedures, responsibilities, timelines, and limitations governing the ordering, production, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery of physical NFC cards and related merchandise (“NFC Products”) offered by CrownThrive, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) through the BrandCards platform (“Service”).

By placing an order through BrandCards, You (“User,” “You,” “Your”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms outlined below.


This Policy forms part of Our broader Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Interpretations and Definitions


1.1 Interpretation

All capitalized terms used in this Policy have the meanings assigned in this section or within context. These definitions apply regardless of number or grammatical form.


1.2 Definitions

- NFC Products – Physical tap-to-share cards, key tags, accessories, or merchandise purchased through BrandCards.


- Artisan Partners – Small, independently owned U.S.-based studios that hand-make or hand-finish BrandCards NFC products.


- Production Time – The time required to craft, encode, verify, and prepare Your order before shipment.


- Carrier – Any postal or logistics company used to deliver shipments.


- Force Majeure Event – Any event outside reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, pandemics, customs delays, political events, or supply chain disruptions.


2. Artisan Craftsmanship & Small-Batch Production

BrandCards partners with U.S.-based artisans, printmakers, and small-scale manufacturers who handcraft or hand-finish many of our NFC Products.


Because of this:

• Cards may include slight variations in color, texture, grain, or finish

• Production times may vary based on artisan capacity

• Small-batch quality checks require extended time windows

• Each card is produced with premium material selection and manual finishing

• Global mass-production timelines do not apply


These characteristics are features—not defects—and form part of the BrandCards identity.


By ordering, You acknowledge and accept:

• handcrafted variance

• material-based imperfections

• the unique nature of small-batch artisan goods


Such variations are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or discounts.


3. Sustainability Commitments

BrandCards integrates sustainability into both product creation and global environmental impact.


3.1 Sustainable Materials (When Available)

Where possible, artisan partners use:

• recycled or partially recycled substrates

• eco-friendly ink formulations

• reduced-waste print processes

• minimal packaging

• plastic-free or biodegradable envelopes (where available)


We do not guarantee sustainable materials for all products due to availability.


3.2 EcoDrive Partnership

EcoDrive-supported contributions may include:

• tree planting

• rainforest renewal

• kelp and habitat restoration

• ocean plastic removal

• biodiversity projects

Impact varies per campaign.


3.3 Stripe Climate Participation

Stripe Climate contributions support global carbon removal, including:

• direct air capture

• enhanced weathering

• biochar production

• carbon mineralization

• long-term storage technologies


Participation levels vary based on revenue, project availability, and Stripe allocation.


Sustainability contributions do not delay, alter, or guarantee shipping timelines.


4. Free Standard Shipping Worldwide

BrandCards provides free standard shipping on all NFC Products.

Due to free shipping:

• delivery times are estimates only

• transit speed cannot be guaranteed

• We reserve the right to select the carrier

• refund requests for shipping speed or delays are not accepted


Expedited shipping may not be available depending on destination or product type.


5. Customs, Duties, Taxes & International Regulations

For all international orders:

• Customs fees, VAT/GST, import duties, and clearance charges are Your responsibility

• Such costs are not included in the item price or free shipping

• Customs delays, inspections, or holds are not caused by BrandCards

• BrandCards is not responsible for packages seized, destroyed, returned, or delayed by customs


Failure to pay customs fees may result in:

• returned packages

• cancelled delivery

• additional fees

• loss of product


BrandCards does not refund, replace, or credit items affected by customs issues.


6. Processing & Production Timeline

Because cards are artisan-made and sometimes handcrafted:

- Standard Production Window: 5–15 business days

- Extended Production Window (busy seasons or complex designs): 15–20 business days


Production time includes:

• artisan crafting or printing

• surface finishing or lamination

• NFC chip encoding

• multi-stage quality control

• protective packaging


Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.


If You submit incorrect information, production may be delayed at no fault of BrandCards.


7. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated transit times begin after production completes.


United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

Europe & UK: 10–25 business days

International: 10–30 business days


Actual delivery depends on:

• postal service performance

• geographic location

• customs clearance

• weather

• regional network congestion


BrandCards is not responsible for delays once a package is handed to the carrier.


8. Force Majeure & Supply Chain Delays

BrandCards is not liable for delays resulting from:

• natural disasters

• pandemics

• shipping carrier disruptions

• customs inspection delays

• political instability

• postal strikes

• manufacturing material shortages

• logistics shutdowns

• unforeseen artisan constraints


These events do not qualify for refunds or free reprints.


9. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking is provided when available. Some countries may offer limited tracking visibility.


If tracking shows Delivered but You cannot locate the package:

• We are not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or local handling issues

• You must contact Your local carrier

• Replacement may be offered at Our discretion, not as obligation


10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

User errors such as:

• wrong address

• missing apartment/suite number

• incorrect postal code

• wrong recipient name

• unmonitored email


may result in:

• returned packages

• delayed delivery

• lost items


BrandCards is not responsible for such losses.


Reshipment fees must be paid by the User.


11. Damaged or Defective Items

If Your order arrives damaged:

• notify Us within 7 days of delivery

• include photos of packaging, product, and damage

• provide Your order number


After review, eligible replacements will be sent at no cost.


Damage caused by misuse, exposure to liquids, bending, or improper handling is not covered.


12. NFC Encoding, Rewrites & Responsibility


12.1 Free Initial Encoding

Every NFC card includes one free programming service:

• linking Your BrandCard URL

• chip verification

• functionality testing


12.2 User Self-Rewrites

You may rewrite Your card using:

• any NFC-enabled smartphone

• NFC writing apps

• QR-to-NFC converters


This is free and requires no BrandCards involvement.


12.3 BrandCards Rewrites (Service Fees May Apply)

If You want Us to rewrite Your NFC card:

• You must ship the card to Us

• Return shipping costs are Your responsibility

• A rewrite fee may apply per card

• Processing may take 3–10 additional business days

• BrandCards is not responsible for cards lost in transit during rewrite shipping


Rewrites include:

• new URLs

• new BrandCard profiles

• rebranding updates

• domain changes

• employee reassignment

• team updates


Multiple rewrites or bulk revisions may incur additional fees.


BrandCards is not responsible for:

• corrupted chips due to third-party apps

• user-caused rewrite errors

• damage caused by improper rewriting

• compatibility issues caused by third-party software


13. Handmade Variation Disclaimer

Handmade products inherently include natural variation.


By purchasing, You acknowledge:

• no two cards are identical

• slight differences in color, alignment, texture, or finish may occur

• these variations are not defects

• replacements or refunds will not be issued for minor variations


14. Non-Delivery Due to Carrier Issues

BrandCards is not liable for:

• lost packages with “Delivered” status

• deliveries to wrong address due to carrier error

• carrier routing mistakes

• weather-related delays

• holiday congestion delays

• mistakes made by local postal services


Claims must be made directly with the carrier.


15. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy at any time.


Changes become effective upon posting.


Continued use of BrandCards constitutes acceptance.
