This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how CrownThrive, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) manages subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, NFC product purchases, and payment obligations related to the BrandCards platform (“Service”).
By using BrandCards, You agree to all terms described below.
This Policy should be read together with Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined in this Policy. Definitions apply whether used in singular or plural.
Definitions
Subscription – Any paid plan on the BrandCards platform.
NFC Products – Physical tap-to-share cards or merchandise sold by BrandCards.
User, You, Your – Any individual or business using the Service.
Billing Cycle – The period associated with each recurring payment (monthly or yearly).
BrandCards is a digital SaaS platform with instantly accessible features. For this reason, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
This includes:
• monthly subscriptions
• yearly subscriptions
• renewals
• upgrades
• add-ons
• accidental purchases
• unused time on a subscription
• failure to cancel before renewal
Refunds are only provided where required by law.
3.1 Automatic Renewal
All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
3.2 Responsibility to Cancel
It is Your responsibility to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
If not cancelled, charges will continue automatically and are non-refundable.
3.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
• We will attempt to process it again
• You will receive notices to update payment information
• Your plan may be downgraded to Free if unresolved
4.1 Cancel Anytime
You may cancel Your subscription at any time through Your account dashboard.
4.2 Access After Cancellation
When You cancel, You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time.
4.3 Reactivating
You may reactivate or upgrade Anytime.
Physical NFC cards, printed items, and merchandise are non-refundable due to production and customization requirements.
Refunds are not issued for:
• NFC card orders placed in error
• incorrect shipping addresses provided by the User
• dissatisfaction with design chosen by the User
• normal shipping delays
• minor cosmetic variations in printing
If an order arrives damaged or defective:
• contact Us within 7 days of delivery
• include photos of damage
• include order number and shipping details
Eligible claims will be replaced at no additional cost.
If We determine that a duplicate charge or processing error occurred:
• We will issue a refund or credit automatically
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on bank processing times
All transactions are securely handled by:
• Stripe
• PayPal
BrandCards does not store full credit card numbers.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of these processors as well as card-network regulations.
Discount codes, promotions, and special offers:
• do not qualify for refunds
• cannot be exchanged for credit
• do not alter renewal pricing unless stated
Refunds are not issued due to:
• not using the Service
• forgetting to cancel
• failure to update login credentials
• switching devices or platforms
• paused business or personal activity
International customers agree that refunds follow this Policy regardless of local refund norms unless legally required otherwise.
Taxes, duties, and customs fees for physical products are non-refundable.
If We terminate Your account due to a violation of Terms:
• You are not entitled to a refund
• Paid time remaining will not be credited or refunded
If termination occurs due to a Company error, We may issue a credit at Our discretion.
We may modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of BrandCards after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
